Judy Lynn Hamilton passed away on Aug. 31, 2025. She was born in Hartshorne, OK, on Aug. 14, 1955, to Greeley Kirkes and Betty (Mangrum) Kirkes.
Judy married Gene Hamilton in Poteau, OK, in 1973. In 1985, Judy was Rodeo Queen in McAlester, OK. She worked at the Winstar Casino and later at the Thunderbird Casino, from which she retired as Team Leader.
Judy was preceded in death by her father, Greeley Kirkes; mother, Betty Blevins and stepfather, Charles Blevins; and two brothers, Glen and Darrell.
Loving survivors are her son, Darrell Hamilton and wife, Debbie; grandchildren: Derrick Allspaugh, Emily Hamilton, Darron Allspaugh, and Tandy Baldinger and husband, Curtis; great grandchildren: Makalyn, Briar, Taylee, Jace, Naomi, Sophya, Corbyn, and Ellanor; niece, Trudy Kirkes; nephew, Dusty Kirkes; other relatives and a host of friends.
Services are under the direction of A&E Funeral Home, Shawnee.
