Lanie Naoma Wynn, “Pat”, was born on Oct. 31, 1932, in Barber, AR, to Charles Fleet Cochran and Minnie Pearl (Peoples) Cochran. Pat was the last surviving member of a large family of twelve children.

Pat graduated from Mansfield High School. She married Nova Coy Wynn on April 26, 1952. Shortly after their marriage, Coy was drafted and sent to Japan. During this time, Pat stayed with several of her sisters in California and Oregon.

In 1965, the family moved to Midwest City, OK, where they purchased Coy’s grocery store. Pat helped run the store while raising their two sons. In 1973, the family moved to the McLoud farm, where Pat lived for many years until a broken hip required her to move to the Wolfe Living Center in 2019.

She is survived by her sons, Perry Wynn and his wife Donna of McLoud, and Bradley Wynn of McLoud; her grandsons, Jeremy Wynn, M.D., and his wife Christina of Oklahoma City, and Tyler Wynn; and her great-grandchildren, Jackson and Piper Wynn; other family members and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be Jan. 22, 2026, 1 pm, at Choctaw Church of the Nazarene, 1100 Harper St., Choctaw, OK 73020. Interment will follow at the Dale Cemetery.
