Larry A. Stovall passed away Sept. 17, 2026. Larry was born on Sept. 20, 1953, to Melvin B. Stovall, Jr. and Wanda June (Collum) Stovall in Shawnee, OK. He graduated from Macomb Public Schools in 1972.
Larry worked for neighbor’s Joe & Carol Smith putting in septic systems right out of high school, then a short time for Worthington Pump and in 1979 he began working for General Motors in the Oklahoma City plant.
Larry married Elizabeth June (Farabee) on June 30,1990, in OkC, OK. They moved to property near his parent’s home in 1992 out in the Pink, OK area. He enjoyed living in the country and participating in all the gardening, mowing, tractor work and family that resided near them.
He was preceeded in death by parents. Larry is survived by his wife of the home, Elizabeth June; daughter and son-in law, Jessie and Josh Hatler of Tecumseh, OK and their children, Kaleb McCullough, Autumn Burk, Baby Hatler, Hunter Hatler, and Kayla Hatler; sister, Cheryl Afshari of Oklahoma City; brother and sisterin- law, Jeff and Marsha Stovall of Tecumseh; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lynn and Billy Haden of Amarillo, TX, Matt and Leslie Farabee of Owasso, OK and Roni Farabee of Houston, TX; many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Services were held Sept. 23, 2026, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Derek Heldreth of Christian Center Church in Norman, Oklahoma officiating. Burial followed at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
