Lois Mildred Tipton, age 97, passed away on Feb. 8, 2026.
She was born on Feb. 9, 1928, in Macomb, OK, to Willis Patten and Edith (Alkire) Patten.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James C. Tipton and great grandson, Hunter Tipton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children: son, Gary and Cathy Tipton, Crossville, TN; and daughter, Jan Tipton and David Austin, Shawnee, OK; granddaughters, Rebecca Tipton of Lafayette, LA and Heather Stringer of Sumrall, MI; great grandchildren, Emily Jeanmard, Indianapolis and Miranda Jeanmard, Fort Washington, MD; brothers, David Patten, Norman, OK and Ronnie Patten, Tecumseh OK; numerous friends and extended family.
