Madalyn “Maddy” Jayne Combs, 16, passed away Mar. 7, 2026. Maddy was born in Oklahoma City on June 9th, 2009. She was a junior at North Rock Creek High school. Maddy was an incredible blessing to everyone who was lucky to meet her. She was bright and creative. She loved makeup, her animals, clothes, music, bows, and everything pink. Maddy had a beautiful way of making people smile.
Maddy is preceded in death by her grandmother, Ramona Denton; and her father, William Smith.
Maddy is survived by her mother, Cari Combs; father, Chris Combs; grandfathers, Donald Denton, George Combs; stepmother, Amy Combs; sisters, Marah and Olivia Combs; brother, Dylan Combs; and many extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 44909 Hwy 3, Shawnee, OK, on Mar. 14, 2026, from 9 am to 11 am, followed by the Funeral Service at the same date and location at 11 am. The Committal Service will take place at Resthaven Memorial Park, from 12:19 pm to 1:00 pm.
