Marion Frank “Frank” Smith, of Tecumseh, OK, passed away on July 8, 2026. Frank was born on July 6, 1947, to Marion Frank Smith, Sr. and Esther Pauline (Hanning) Smith. He retired as maintenance supply supervisor with the Shawnee Housing Authority, where he was respected for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.
On Feb. 9, 2008, Frank married Gracie Laverne Carson in Prague, OK.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Frank Smith, Sr. and Esther Pauline Smith; his daughter, Tracy Michelle Ferrell; and his stepson, Marty Osborne.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gracie Laverne Smith of the home; his stepdaughter, Krista Call (Kelly) of Tecumseh; his stepson, Carter Osborne (Michelle) of Amarillo, TX; son in law, Mark Ferrell of Greenfield, OH; his sisters and brothers in law, Linda and Charles Sutton, Jim and Kathy Willoughby; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and many friends who will dearly miss him.
Funeral services were held July 11, at Johnson Cemetery, with Rocky Pettyjohn officiating.
