Mary Catherine Wood Muse passed away October 27, 2022.
Mary was born to Paul Revere Wood and Margaret Catherine Wood on December 24, 1935 in Lovington, NM. She was married to Sammy Leon Muse for 69 years andshe enjoyed being a full time homemaker and mother. Sam was a career Army soldier and so Mary had the opportunity to travel and live in many places including New Mexico, Texas, North Carolina and Germany.
Mary was preceded in death by her daughter Sherri Lynn Fina, her parents and her brother Burleigh Bernard Wood.
She is survived by her husband, Sam of the home, her sister Pamela Ballard of Byhalia, MS, and her daughter Cynthia Olivia Morgan and her husband Roy Clay “Skip” Morgan and son-in-law Jerry Fina; her grandsons Sammy Jeremy Tietz, Micheal Bradley Tietz, George Fina and Jesse Waylan Fina; and eight great grandchildren.
Services were held October 31, 2022 at Resthaven Memorial Park, Shawnee, OK.
