Mary Helen White Lale passed away December 26, 2022. Mary was born on January 24, 1934, in Allen, Oklahoma to Amp and Ester Davis.
In 1948 she married Gerald McKinzie. They divorced and she met and married Lee White in 1973. After Lee’s death in 2013, she met and married Wallace “Wally” Lale in 2017. Wally and Mary enjoyed life together until his death in 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Amp and Ester Davis, her brothers, Cordell and Othel Davis, and her husbands, Gerald McKinzie, Lee White, and Wally Lale.
Mary is survived by her children, Brent McKinzie, Brenda Terry, Mark White, and Monta Setzer, sisters, Maxine Reynolds, Dee Ellis, Lena Stick, Shirley Hubbard, and Mickey Hatfield, and brothers, Harold Davis and Tommy Davis. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other extended family members, as well as her 22-year-old cat, Spuds.
A funeral ceremony for Mary will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Walker Funeral Chapel with Cheyenne Christian officiating. Following the ceremony, Mary will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
