Michael “Mike” Willaby, 61, of Albert Lea, MN, passed away on August 20, 2022, at St. Mary’s, Rochester, MN.
Michael was born May 21, 1961, in Albert Lea, MN to Clarence Willaby and Margie (Waalkens) Buckmaster.
On April 10, 1982, he married Donna Flattum.
Mike worked at various places in maintenance in the Albert Lea area, most recently at the Holiday Inn Express

in Albert Lea. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Willaby and Margie (Waalkens) Buckmaster; stepfather, Louis Buckmaster and parents-in-law, Maurice and Wilma Flattum.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna; sons, Shaun (Leslie) Willaby, Joey (Ali Anderson) Willaby, Robert Willaby, and Troy Willaby; 5 grandchildren; brothers, Rick (Lanica) Willaby and Brian Willaby; sisters, Mary (Scott) Hawkins and Debbie (Steve) Barrett; and many nieces and nephews.
Services were held August 30, 2022, at Bonnerup Funeral & Cremation Services in Albert Lea, MN; Pastor Joy Knoppel officiated.
