Patricia Marie (Garner) Scroggins, lovingly known as Pat, Trisha, and Granny Patty, passed away Mar. 10, 2026.
Patricia was born on Aug. 23, 1953, in Shawnee, OK. She graduated from Shawnee Public Schools in 1971. During that time, she also attended Gordon Cooper Area Vo-Tech, where she studied Health Occupations. Patricia spent much of her career working in the medical field in various roles including accounting, billing, data entry, and office management. On June 4, 1971, she married Robert Lane Scroggins in Shawnee, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dale J. Garner and Edith Marie Garner of Shawnee, OK; her brother, Michael Dale Garner of Los Banos, CA; her brother-in-law, Corky Cobbs of Shawnee, OK; and her son, Lance Patrick Scroggins of Wichita Falls, TX.
Patricia is survived by her two sisters: Dee Ann Cobbs of Shawnee, OK, and Angela Watson and her husband Rick Watson of Noble, OK; two children: Travis Scroggins and his wife Theresa Scroggins of Lebanon, MO, and Shelli Harding and her husband Cory Symes of Norman, OK; grandchildren: Katlyne Scroggins and Kourtney Scroggins of Centerville, OH; Emarie Harding of Norman, OK, Justine Tamayo and her spouse Zach Green of Lebanon, MO, Julia Gunter and her spouse Chase Gunter of Lebanon, MO., and Jasmine Tamayo of Lebanon, MO; and two great-grandchildren, Juliette Kelley and Zeppelyn Green.
