Rickie Dewayne Frazier passed away, after complications caused by diabetes, on Mar. 11th, 2026. His school days were spent at Little Axe and Noble High School.

He mentored generations of young ballplayers into confident, humble, powerful women.

Rickie is survived by his loving partner of thirty-three years, Lisa Frazier; daughter Devon Frazier-Smith, son-in-law Clifton, and grandchildren Roman and Ruby; daughter Andee Robertson and son-in-law Keith; daughter Kendell Trammell-Lane and son-in-law Adam; sister, Eva Frazier; brother Tony Frazier; and many aunts and uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces, extended loved ones and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mom Mary Ann Gibson, her husband Cecil “Zeke” Harry, and his grandparents Marie and Richard Gibson.

Tribal funeral rites began Mar. 13 at the Gibson Family Home Place at 16100 E. HWY 9, Norman, OK. Burial took place Mar. 14th, 2026 in Little Axe under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home. Officiant for tribal rites was B.K. Runsabove.
