Robert Kent Hendon passed away Dec. 16, 2025. Robert was born Jan. 31, 1951, to Claude Fairchild Hendon and Joy Loretta (Jordan) Hendon.
He owned several businesses over the years, including Big Red Pawn in Shawnee and Earlsboro Auto Sales.
Robert is survived by: His daughter, April Cornwell, and her husband, Micheal Cornwell; grandchildren: Bradley Baker, Josh, Sicily, Britton, Gavin, and Brandon; and many extended family members and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John Hendon.
Services were held Dec. 22, 2025 at Fairview Cemetery in Shawnee, OK under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
