Toni Woodard passed away on June 18, 2022.
Toni was born on July 25, 1948, in Elk City, OK to her parents, Edward and Edna Jobe. She graduated from Elk City High School and continued her studies at the University of Oklahoma earning her Doctorate Degree. She was a professor at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Abla, husband, Vernon Woodard, and son, Richard Abla.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Seaba, grandsons, Samuel Lane, Nick Abla, Ricky Abla, and Dustin Abla, granddaughter, Ashley Santos, brother, Ted Jobe, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.
She will be laid to rest during a private ceremony at Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, OK.
