Virgil Lee Tee was born in Oklahoma City on Sept. 18, 1946, to Annie and Wilburn Tee and succumbed to his illness on Sept. 30, 2026. Virgil was a Vietnam Veteran, of which he was proud to have had the opportunity to serve.
Virgil also was an avid artist self-taught. Could have gone forward but that didn’t happen. He enjoyed hunting and fishing during his younger years. He had many professional skills in the work market over the years.
Virgil and Lucille shared many years together in the surrounding Shawnee, OK area before her passing in 2023. They had no children of their own.
Virgil is survived by three children from a previous marriage and sister Doris Tee Beleele and her many family members.
He was preceded in death by his twin sister Virginia Evelyn Tee Lewis; brothers Darrell Dean Tee, Wilburn Tee, Jr., Patti Ann Carter, and Geraldine Kaskaske.
A graveside service was held Oct. 2, 2026, at Tecumseh Cemetery located at 18800 S. Gordon Cooper Drive, Shawnee, Oklahoma.
