CPN Services Changed Foster Child’s Life

SHAWNEE, Okla. (March 9, 2026) — For Samantha Masquat, being a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) has positively changed her life in innumerable ways.As a young child, Masquat was made a ward of the state, unable to remain in the care of her parents.
