BHS Wildcats Dominate Heavener, Begin Playoffs Friday

The Bethel Wildcats defeated the Heavener Wolves 52-15 to finish their regular season, Friday, Nov. 8.Bethel jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter with a 30-yard touchdown pass from Maddox Davis to Corban Winsett.

Tecumseh Gridiron Squad Ends Season With Loss To Ardmore

The Savage gridiron squad overcame a solid sheet of rain at home last Friday but couldn’t overcome the mistakes on the field as visiting Ardmore did enough to put a loss on Tecumseh’s season finale.

Rain Did Not Stop Shawnee High Schools Senior Night Celebration

Shawnee, OK — November 10, 2024 — Despite the rain on Friday, November 8th, Shawnee High School’s Senior Night shined brightly as the community came together to honor the Class of 2025 during the pre-game ceremonies of the Shawnee Wolves football game against McAlester.

The Bethel Wildcats delivered an impressive performance against the Okmulgee Bulldogs, securing a 46-0 victory.In the first quarter, Wildcats Luke Quinter broke free for a 34-yard touchdown run. With the two-point conversion, Bethel took an early 8-0 lead.

Tecumseh and North Rock Creek (NRC) loaded up the Fast Pitch 4A-5 District Team. The Offensive Player of the Year is the Lady Savages’ Jessi Hull, and the Lady Cougars’ Sarah Campbell was the Player of the Year.

Savages Fall Short In A 41-47 Overtime Loss To Chickasha

After two straight Thursday night games, Tecumseh got a Friday night game at home, but it didn’t start well for the home team. The Savages received the opening kickoff and fumbled the ball, and Chickasha recovered the ball deep in Tecumseh territory.
