James Alexander Countz passed awat Feb. 21, 2025.James was born in London, AR. to Lawrence Alexander and Mary Alice (Spillers) Countz. He married Lucy Ann Earhart on Dec. 5, 1960, in Oklahoma City. He began working for Childers Plumbing Company in Tecumseh.

Dickie Herron

Dickie Herron joined his parents and his wife, Dorothy, on February 16, 2025, at the age of 79. He was born in Shawnee, OK on July 23, 1945, to Coy and Mary (Knight) Herron. He was raised in Shawnee. He married Dorothy Dibler on Feb. 8, 1963.

Donald L. Cleere

Donald L. Cleere, 91, was born Dec. 19, 1933, in Earlsboro, OK and passed away Feb. 15, 2025, at Parkwest Medical Center. He lived most all his life in Earlsboro, except for the last 10 years when he moved to Harriman, Tennessee, to be close to his son, Mike and family.

Doris Nell Linduff Ficke Blakley

Doris Nell Linduff Ficke Blakley, 87, of Bethel OK. passed on Feb. 24, 2025 after a long battle with dementia. Doris was born Dec. 8, 1937 near Tecumseh, OK. She was a proud graduate of Tecumseh High School, Class of 1956.

Christine Cullum, age 96, resident of Asher passed away Feb. 7, 2025.Christine was born July 15, 1928 in Temple, OK to Henry Frank and Mary Lou (Crow) Hutchins. She grew up around Temple, OK, where she graduated in 1946.After high school she met and married Ervin Cullum.

Mary Louise Factor

Mary Louise Factor, 90, passed away Feb. 8, 2025. Mary was born in Wewoka, OK to Reed Frank Lena and Molly Lou Gray.She attended Indian boarding school and graduated from Chillocco Indian Agricultural School in 1953. Mary retired from the Department of Human Services in 1997.
