Tecumseh Lady Savages Start Season With A 6-1 Record

It’s been a good start for the Lady Savage Fast Pitch team. The T-Town ladies have started the season with a 6-1 record, with their only loss to 6A Edmond Santa Fe.

Lady Savages Ranked #3 In 5A

The Lady Savages Slow Pitch team is #3 in class 5A with a record of 13-4 as of this past Monday. Tecumseh had seven straight wins last week before falling on Friday to Bartlesville. On Monday night of last week, the Lady Savages went on the road to Purcell to meet Blanchard and the home team.

Lady Savages Headed To Playoffs

The 16th ranked Tecumseh Lady Savages are 18-5 on the season and are headed to the playoffs with a three-game win streak and winners of 11 of their last 13. The T-Town Ladies will begin the playoffs by hosting Districts tomorrow (Friday) as they face Crossings Christian (10-10).

Lady Savages Lose The Homecoming Game To Bethel

Last Friday night was a big night in Tecumseh with a queen being crowned and a big game between a couple of cross county rivals. The Savage Homecoming went off without a hitch, and the basketball was exciting the rest of the night.

Last week for the Lady Savages was hectic but successful right up until they ran into the Bethel Lady Wildcats in the First United Bank Tournament Championship game on Saturday.

Lady Savages Win Class 4A State Quarterfinals & Semifinals

The Tecumseh Lady Savages won their Class 4A State Quarterfinals in 10 innings against Cache, 2-1, on Oct. 13. They went on to the Semifinals, winning in 12 innings with Miami, 3-0, on Oct. 14. Here are some pictures from the Quarterfinals.

After 29 Innings In 42 Hours, Lady Savages Are 4A State Runner Up

The Lady Savages are the State 4A Fast Pitch Runner-Up in the State of Oklahoma. It was a grueling tournament for Tecumseh with two straight extra-inning games in the quarterfinals and semifinals in OKC.

Lady Savages Take On 6A Teams, Warming Up For Regionals

After clinching a District 4A-2 Championship on Monday the 27th at home against Byng (see last Thursday’s Countywide and Sun) and the right to host the Regional Tournament, the Lady Savages had three warm up games for the playoffs facing some good teams.

THS Lady Savages Defeat Northwest Classen, Season Record of 21-11

Tecumseh Volleyball finished the season with Senior Night last Thursday and got stronger during the evening to defeat Northwest Classen in three straight sets, 25-21, 25-18 and 25-8. The Lady Savages ended the regular season with a record of 21-11.

Lady Savages Running Hot, Coach Trahan Honored

The Lady Savages are running hot as they finish the fastpitch season. As of Monday, the T-Town ladies have won 10 in a row and claimed the District 4A-2 Championship and secured the right to host next week’s Regional Tournament.
