County Treasurer Submits Resignation Letter, Ready To Retire

County Treasurer Wendy Magnus will officially retire Oct. 31. Magnus submitted her letter of resignation to the Pottawatomie County Board of County Commissioners and it was accepted at the meeting Tuesday, Sept. 6. Magnus has worked in the Treasurers office for 26 years.

City Approves Cost Of Living Increase

Tecumseh city officials approved every item on their agenda on Tuesday, Sept. 6, including a 3% cost of living pay increase for the City Manager, City Attorney and City Judge. All other city employees were given a 3% pay increase in August.
