Bobby Jackson, who was originally from Brooksville and now lives in Midwest City, serves himself during the Brooksville 122nd Anniversary Celebration, held at the Brooksville Community Center on Oct. 18. Brooksville is one of the remaining 13 all-black towns in Oklahoma, out of an original 50-plus, according to the Oklahoma Historical Society website.
