OKLAHOMA CITY – Rep. Danny Sterling, R-Tecumseh, released the following statement regarding his signature on a letter by some Oklahoma House Republicans requesting the formation of a Special Investigative Committee on the State Department of Education.

Tecumseh Awards Fire Truck Bid

The Tecumseh City Council held a special meeting on Friday, Aug. 16 to discuss fire truck bids. The bid for the fire truck was awarded to the second lowest bid from Conrad for $437,158.75 with a delivery date of December 2024 (the lowest bid wasn’t deliverable until 420 to 460 days out).

Bethel High School Blue & Gold Bash Adds Pie Auction

Bethel’s Quarterback Club hosted the Eighth Annual Bethel High School Blue & Gold Bash on Aug. 17 at the football field. It featured 16 booths, the kick-off inter-squad football game, and, for the first time, there was a pie auction.But it wasn’t the pies that the crowd was bidding on.

Avedis Announces New Board Chairman
