Lady Savage Softball Has Impressive Wins, Rare Loss

The Lady Savage fast pitch team had a busy week, which included a rare loss and some impressive wins. Tecumseh traveled to Seminole on Tuesday to begin the week with a 19-0 win.

Asher Places Second In Tournament

The Asher Indians baseball team had a busy week, playing five games and ending the week with 3 Wins and 1 Loses. The bats were hot for the Indians as they defeated the Moss Pirates 14-6 Monday, Sept. 4.

Bethel Misses Clean Sweep Of Tournament By One Game

The Bethel Lady Wildcats had a nearly undefeated run in the McLoud/Harrah Tournament last week, with four wins before losing in the final game. In the first game of the tournament (Thursday, Sept. 7), the Holdenville Lady Wolverines scored one run in the top of the first inning.

An Exciting Game For Bethel And McLoud Fans

An exciting Friday night football game at Bethel High School kept fans from both the Bethel Wildcats and the McLoud Redskins cheering on their teams. McLoud scored the first touchdown of the game but was answered with a 48-yard pass by Cale Duncan to Jacob Fortin.

Tecumseh Gridiron Squad Beat Seminole 28-24

It was a fun night in Seminole last Friday for the Tecumseh gridiron squad as the Savages got a big lead, let it shrink, and then pushed the lead back up as the T-Town boys finished off the Chieftains. The Savages took the field with confidence and promptly took advantage of the Chieftains.

Young Savages Open Season Against Talented Perkins-Tryon

Opening week of football wasn’t an easy one nor a kind one for the Tecumseh Savages. The youthful team had to face a top five team as they hosted a talented Perkins-Tryon team, and the Demons were devilish all night long.
