Tecumseh Volleyball has a new head coach but she’s not new to THS by any means. Coach Megan Laughlin is a Tecumseh Public Schools lifer, attending from kindergarten through graduation and playing volleyball as a Lady Savage in high school.

The Oklahoma Baptist volleyball team was recognized as one of 1,332 college and high school programs to have earned the United States Marine Corps and American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award. The program, in its 31st year, had a record number of schools honored.

Two McLoud Bull Riders Compete In The IFYR

Bull riding is probably the most dangerous event at the International Finals Youth Rodeo. So, in most years, the bull riders are few and from other states. But, this year, there were two brave teens from McLoud who entered. Ryker Butler received an 84 in his second round and an 83.
