OBU Softball players make All-Great American Conference Team

Oklahoma Baptist, once again, placed numerous team members on the All-Great American Conference Softball team. Plus, for the fourth straight season, the program produced the GAC Player of the Year, this time senior shortstop Greenlee Wells.

Tecumseh senior Kyann Sells competes in #1 Singles during the Class 4A Girls State Tennis Tournament on May 8 and 9 at the OKC Tennis Center. Sells placed eighth, beating Regent and Skiatook and falling to OCS, Henryetta and Harding Charter.
Potawatomi Fire Guard Chuck Guy goes to the hoop in the Mother's Day home game against the Dallas Stampede, held at FireLake Arena. According to their website at potawatomifire.com, Guy scored the first Fire quadruple double with 33 points, 15 rebounds, 39 assists and 10 steals in the game. The Fire won with a final score of 191-84, breaking team records for points, margin of victory, assists (57), steals (28), field goals (72) and field goal percentage (66.1). Tecumseh and McLoud battle for Regional win

The Lady Savage Slow Pitch team are Regional Champions and advanced to the State Tournament the sixth year in a row. Tecumseh, ranked 4th, hosted a Regional, including 13th-ranked Guthrie, 11th-ranked Fort Gibson and 5thranked McLoud.
