I was saddened to learn of the passing recently of Stanley Beesley at the age of 76. As a fellow Tecumsehian, I was pleased to have been Stan’s sixth-grade football coach while a student teacher at Tecumseh in 1960, and again as one of his coaches at Northeastern Oklahoma A & M in 1968.
