What was a close game at halftime between two of the TBL’s top teams, turned into a rout as the Potawatomi Fire used a 3517 third-quarter surge to top the Shreveport Mavericks, 131-106.

Kenzli Warden Named To OGBCA Middle All State Team

Standout Lady Savage basketball player Kenzli Warden is an All-Stater. She was recently named to the 2023 OGBCA Middle All-State team. Warden is a four-year starter for the Lady Savages and accomplished incredible fetes, including colossal stats over those four seasons.

Oliver Joins Teammates On All State Team

Earlier in the year, Bristin Hayes and Katelyn Fleming were named Fast Pitch All-Staters for the Middle East team comprised of classes 3A and 4A. At the time, Cadence Oliver was named as a first alternate on the team, and now Oliver joins Hayes and Fleming as an All-Stater.

Lady Savages Beat Ripley, Rest Of Week Is Rained Out

After the Lady Savages faced Dale and North Rock Creek last week on Monday night, the rest of the scheduled games were mostly washed away. Tecumseh was scheduled to play in the Harrah Tournament and the Stonewall Tournament last week.

Tecumseh High School Track Is Bringing Home The Hardware

The Tecumseh Track team is off and running for the spring and have been bringing home plenty of hardware at two meets at Luther and Pauls Valley. On March 4th, the Lady Savages came back with two golds, and the boys claimed one gold, with both teams collecting a bunch of second place finishes.

Potawatomi Fire Beat Little Rock, 122-96

The Potawatomi Fire used a 37-20 second quarter surge to rout the Little Rock Lightning, 122–96. Seven fire players were in double figures, led by K.D. Moore with 20 points. Moore also had six rebounds and three steals.
