Lady Savages Suffer Hard Losses Over The Last Week

Last week was a tough one for the shorthanded Lady Savages beginning with a painful loss on Monday to Perkins-Tryon. The pitcher’s duel was tied 2-2 and went into extra-innings and remained tied 2-2 until Perkins picked up fourruns in the top of the ninth to take a four-run lead.

Tecumseh Volleyball Team Builds Momentum

The Tecumseh Volleyball squad is building momentum as they continue to show solid play, pick up wins and place in a tournament last week. On Tuesday and Thursday, the volleyball ladies won in straight sets over El Reno and Seminole respectively.

Flores Named Head Coach Of Oklahoma City’s New Professional Softball Team

Seminole State College softball Head Coach Amber Flores has been named the Head Coach of the Oklahoma City Spark for the June 2023 season. Flores will continue to lead the SSC Trojan softball team, as the two teams’ seasons do not overlap. June 2023 will mark OKC Spark’s inaugural season.

The Tecumseh Lady Savages have begun a little shorthanded on the fast pitch diamond but have battled back from a 3-3 record to a record of 8-4 slate.

Tecumseh Fishing Team Places 6th At TBF Jr. World

Maddox Dickson and Madden Ray McKiddy will enter Tecumseh High School this year with a big fish story to tell. Both 14-year-olds can say they were the only fishing team from Oklahoma to compete in The Bass Federation Junior World Championships, July 27-29.
