Shawnee resident Isaac Franklin Kimball, 86, died Thursday, March 31, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Isaac was born Sept. 20, 1935 in Pottawatomie County to Ralph Lawrence Kimball and Vera Ellen (Griffin) Kimball.
