Allen, Arthur Ted, age 90, passed away July 9, 2025. Arthur was born June 8, 1935, to Ted and Louise Allen in McAlester, OK. Arthur graduated from McAlester High School in 1954. After high school, Arthur spent one year at Southeastern College in Wilburton, OK before joining the US Army.
