Legislature Enters Interim

Since the Legislature adjourned sine die during the last week in May, we are now in our “interim” period, which means we’re between regular sessions.This year, there were 2,673 measures available for consideration, which included some measures still alive from last year.

Senate Report

After four months of hard work, countless committee meetings and hundreds of floor votes, the Senate has completed this legislative session. Both legislative chambers adjourned Sine Die — a Latin term signaling final adjournment — on Thursday.

Tecumseh Golden Age Center

May is time for graduations to happen in Tecumseh Public Schools. Many of us at the Golden Age Center also are graduates and alumni of THS. Tecumseh held its first graduation in 1903 with 10 graduates who then started our oldest active alumni association in Oklahoma.
