My United States Air Force career (1963-83) afforded an opportunity to meet some extraordinary and amazing people. By far and away, the top of my name dropping list is Delos Dudly. How I met him and our extended friendship afterward, is a joy to report.

The Golden Age Center is decked out for one of our favorite times of the year, Halloween. This tradition of jack-o-lanterns, trick-or-treat goodies, and dressing up in scary costumes was originated in Ireland and Scotland and brought to the USA in the 19th century by those immigrants.
