Potawatomi Fire Roll Over Rockwall 142-94

Another night, another show of might. Behind eight players in double figures, the Potawatomi Fire rolled the Rockwall 7ers 14294, extending their winning streak (officially) to seven games. Fire newcomer Ruston Hayward scored 19 in his second game with Potawatomi and tied K.D.

Lady Savages Win Districts, Host Regionals Today

The 3rd ranked 5A Lady Savages are District Champions and hosting a Regional Tournament today, one step away from another State Tournament appearance. Tecumseh hosted Little Axe last Thursday and swept the best 2-of-3 District format in two straight.

THS Track Breaking Records, Winning Medals

Known more for her basketball prowess, Lady Savage Kenzli Warden is also a track and field star for Tecumseh. Warden recently set a new Long Jump record with a 17’11” with a first place leap at the North Rock Creek Meet. The previous record was held by Kritter McGirt at 17’1.5” since 2003.

Held at Dale, the game was won by the Lady Savages, 11-9. Later that day, they lost to Southmoore, 6-10. Games were also played at North Rock Creek and Bethel.

Lady Savages Host Districts, Enter Playoffs Fifth In 5A

As the slow pitch regular season winds down, the Lady Savages are headed to the playoffs ranked 5th in class 5A. Tecumseh begins the playoff today (Thursday) as they host Little Axe in Districts at 4 pm.

Shawnee Tennis Teams Place At Recent Matches

The Shawnee Wolves played tennis in the Ada II Tournament, April 1, and hosted the Suburban Conference Tournament at SHS on April 3. Ada II results are as follows: 1 singles: Kelon Chandler dropped his first match to the number two seed from Ada.
Bethel Lady Wildcats Golf Team finished fourth at Kingfisher Tuesday, Apr. 18 to qualify for Regionals. Kloee Nichols shot an 87 for an individual fourth place finish.
