Bison Beat In The Final Innings Against Northeastern State

TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State scored a half-dozen runs in the final innings against Oklahoma Baptist on Tuesday and won 12-7 at Rousey Field. The Bison (28-20) will now move on to prepare for Arkansas Tech this coming Friday, May 5 in the Great American Conference Tournament.

Savages And Lady Savages Track Members Qualify For State

Tecumseh Track records continue to fall, and the Lady Savages have two Regional Champions and a runner- up coming back from the Regional Track Meet at Madill. The Savages have a Regional Champion on the guys side of the meet.

Rising Star Gymnatics Has Another Successful Year

It has been another successful year for the gymnasts at Rising Star Gymnastics in Shawnee. The boys competed at Bart Conner Gymnastics to finish their season: Hayden Winrow – 2nd on floor, 1st on pommel, 1st on rings, 1st on vault, 1st on parallel bars, and 2nd on High bar with a 56.

Lady Savages Softballers Take Regional Title

After a week of heavy rain, Tecumseh (27-8) hosted a 5A Regional at FireLake, where new turf has recently been installed. The 3rd-ranked Lady Savages hosted Newcastle, 9th- ranked Chandler and 8thranked Bristow in the Regional Tournament and had little trouble claiming the title.

The North Rock Creek Lady Cougars pose with the plaque awarded for Regional Champions and now for the third time in three years North Rock Creek is State bound. The Lady Cougars beat Eufaula 24-5 with nine Home runs by seven different players.

Another night, another show of might. Behind eight players in double figures, the Potawatomi Fire rolled the Rockwall 7ers 14294, extending their winning streak (officially) to seven games. Fire newcomer Ruston Hayward scored 19 in his second game with Potawatomi and tied K.D.

Lady Savages Win Districts, Host Regionals Today

The 3rd ranked 5A Lady Savages are District Champions and hosting a Regional Tournament today, one step away from another State Tournament appearance. Tecumseh hosted Little Axe last Thursday and swept the best 2-of-3 District format in two straight.
