Tecumseh’s Steeli Mitchell winds up her pitch in the third inning of the regional home game against Marlow on Oct. 5. The Lady Savages won 10-0. On Oct. 6, Tecumseh played Newcastle three times. They won the first game, 10-0, lost the second game, 5-8, and won the third game in extra innings, 2-1.
On Oct. 7, the Tecumseh High School cheerleaders performed with their junior cheerleaders. The junior cheerleaders ranged from pre-k all the way to sixth grade. The Lady Pirates played a hard-fought game the whole seven innings and won, 3-2. They went on to the Semifinals with Pocola, but lost 2-6.
