Lady Savages Beat The Lady Wolves In A Rare Contest

The Lady Savages faced some incredibly tough competition last week and came out 1-1 against the two tough squads. On Tuesday at home, it was very close as the T-Town ladies faced fourth ranked (3A) and defending state champs, Jones.

THS Wrestlers Hit The New Year Hard

The Tecumseh Savage wrestlers were busy last week with two home dual matches and a tournament. The short-handed Savages gave up eight forfeits on Tuesday night against Perkins-Tryon and fell 57-16 on the home mat.

Bethel Lady Wildcats Take Runner-Up At Route 66 Classic Tournament

The Bethel Lady Wildcats suffered their first loss of the season at the Route 66 Classic in Stroud, Jan. 8, but landed the Runner-Up title thanks to two previous consecutive wins, on Jan. 6 and 7. Bethel got off to a strong start in the opening game of the Route 66 Classic, Jan.

Wildcats Win 1, Lose 2 At Route 66 Classic

The Bethel Wildcats got off to a strong start before faltering in their next two matches at the Route 66 Classic last weekend, in Stroud. In their first match against Seminole, the Wildcats took the lead with a strong first quarter, scoring 14 points to Seminole’s 6.

Tecumseh Savages Win Two, Lose Two Last Week

The Savages round ballers were busy on the court last week with a total of four games, including three in the Noble Tournament. After a close 53-47 loss to North Rock Creek on Tuesday night, the T-Town boys won two of three in the Noble Tournament claiming the Consolation Title.

Lady Savages Add Four Wins To The Season

A busy week for the Lady Savages on the court last week led to a 4-1 record to begin the first of the year and a third place finish in the Noble Tournament moving their season record to 7-4. A big win in the third place contest of the tournament also propelled Tecumseh into Top Twenty rankings.
