Savages Ready To Tip Off The New Season

It’s the time of the year when sports move inside to a cozy arena and the Savage round ballers are bringing back experience and looking to win more this season, including close games. The Savages finished the season in Regionals last year and with a less than stellar 6-13 record.

EHS Wildcat Competes In All Star Cross Country Meet

Three years ago Andrew Moore-Holland put his hand up in math class, volunteering to join the track team for Earlsboro Public Schools, much to the surprise of Elementary School Principal and Track & Cross Country Coach Stacy Barton. “We go out to the track,” Moore-Holland said.

What a difference a week makes! Last week, the Bethel Wildcats learned the hard way about how outcomes of close games are decided by a handful of big plays. Last week, the ‘Cats were on the wrong end of those plays. But that was last week.

Tecumseh Savages Finish Season With An Exciting Win

The Savage gridiron squad finished the season with an exciting win against John Marshall in historic Taft Stadium last Friday night in Oklahoma City and gave Tecumseh two wins in a row to end the season. “It was as exciting as it could be,” Savage Head Coach Ty Bullock stated.

There were 600 spectators in the bleachers and Tecumseh basketball players cheering from the sidelines at the Tecumseh Middle School gymnasium on Sat., Nov. 6. It might have been a normal basketball game—except for the donkeys.
