Tornado clean-up and recovery efforts have been ongoing at Oklahoma Baptist University since the Shawnee, Okla., campus was hit by a tornado Wednesday, April 19. While there was substantial damage to every building on Bison Hill, we are thankful for God’s protection, as no one was injured on campus.

The tornado that struck the Shawnee area on April 20 did extensive damage to the region’s communications networks, causing a voice and internet outage impacting Kinetic by Windstream customers in Tecumseh.
