Get set for a blast from the past at the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce Annual Auction with a 1980’s theme on Feb. 23 at 5:30 pm. The Chamber’s largest fundraiser will be held at Tecumseh City Hall and will feature Props N’ Pics Photobooth, with a plethora of ‘80s props.

Youthful Cast Brings Magical “PUFFS” To The Shawnee Little Theater Stage

Magic and an abundance of creative storytelling engulfs the stage at Shawnee Little Theatre this week as the fast-paced, unpredictable play “PUFFS” opens February 10 for a six-performance run at the community theatre.

Applications Open For The Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute

High school actors, singers, writers, dancers, visual artists, filmmakers, musicians and photographers are invited to apply and audition for the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain (OSAI), Oklahoma’s one-of-a-kind arts education program.

American FFA Degree Received By 16 Local Graduates

Last year, there were 16 high school graduates from Pottawatomie County who met the extensive requirements for the American FFA Degree. They include Kylee Greenwalt and Paden Thomas, of Dale; Seth Jackson and Michael St.

Last Week To Request Absentee Ballots

The deadline to request absentee ballots by mail is approaching. Applications must be received by the County Election Board no later than 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2023.
