Citizens of Brooksville got together for a sign dedication on June 7. They installed a sign with 108 names of long-time residents on the back of the 'Welcome to Brooksville' sign, which was erected last year.

North Rock Creek was recently invited to participate in the Kelli O’Hara Awards Ceremony held at the Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City on May 30th. This special event is named after the critically acclaimed, Tony Awarded, Broadway Actress and Tulsa, Oklahoma native, Kelli O’Hara.

The June Tecumseh City Council meeting started off with a presentation of the 2024 Fiscal Year Audit by Eric Russell, CPA. After the lengthy summary, all was stated to be in order and looking good. Russell commended city clerk, Cathy Condit on her well kept bookkeeping.

The annual audit report was presented to the Board of the McLoud City Council on Thursday, May 22. The Council was told there were no internal control problems and no compliance issues found.The Council did not enter into the executive session on the agenda in regard to Police Chief Kyle Webb.
