Madalyn “Maddy” Jayne Combs, 16, passed away Mar. 7, 2026. Maddy was born in Oklahoma City on June 9th, 2009. She was a junior at North Rock Creek High school. Maddy was an incredible blessing to everyone who was lucky to meet her. She was bright and creative.
