William “Bill” L. Floyd

Lifetime Shawnee resident William “Bill” L. Floyd, 78, died peacefully at his home Oct. 18, 2021. Born on Independence Day, July 4, 1943, Bill was the beloved son of Bill and Carmen (Greco) Floyd. Bill loved his hometown of Shawnee and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1961.

Micheal “Mike” Jon-Daniel Lester, 44, resident of Meeker, died Oct. 6, 2021. Mike was born June 21, 1977, in Shawnee, OK, to his parents, Mark Lester and LaDanna Cox. Mike worked at CPN/Firelake Grocery Store for 18 years and was known as “The Man” who could get anything done.

Floyd Watson Davis Jr, 89, died Oct. 10, 2021, in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born in his Grandpa and Grandma Bush’s house to Floyd, Sr. and Maudie Bush Davis, Jan. 7, 1932. Floyd worked for the United States Air Force for 35 years.
