Bicyclists take off at 6:45 am from spOKeLAHOMA in Tecumseh on the Third Annual Fenrir Unchaind Bike Race. They had 74 participants from six states - Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Missouri - as well as Canada.

The Pottawatomie County Board of County Commissioners began the budget process on Tuesday, June 4. Each county office was approved for 50 percent of its 2023-2024 budget. This is temporary until the final budget is completed, which is usually in October.

Seminole State College is hosting the Thirteen All-Black Towns of Oklahoma traveling exhibit in the lobby of the Enoch Kelly Haney Center throughout the month of June.The exhibit, curated by the Oklahoma Historical Society, explores the history of All-Black towns that are still incorporated today.
