Shawnee YMCA CEO Mike Jobe is looking forward to reopening on April 8, after almost a year since the 2023 tornado hit their building. Most of the building has been renovated, except for the pool, which will open in summer. On Sat., April 6, from 9 am to 1 pm, they will also have party to celebrate with a ribbon cutting, tours, hotdogs and inflatables. Countywide & Sun/Natasha Dunagan
