Gary L. Powell passed away Monday, July 11, 2022. He was born April 16, 1942 to Lee and Edith (Sickler) Powell at the old ACH Hospital in Shawnee, OK. Gary worked for the City of Tecumseh until his retirement. He also worked at Sunny Side Up in Shawnee as a cook and dishwasher and mowed lawns.
