Richard “Rick” James Knight

Richard James “Rick” Knight, 81, of Oklahoma City, died Dec. 24, 2021. He was born Nov. 25, 1940, to Charley George & Beatrice Elizabeth (Dossey) Fisher. Rick was raised on a farm and grew up mainly in Meeker and Shawnee, OK. He graduated from Meeker High SChool in 1958.

Henry “Chip” Huff

Henry “Chip” Huff, 91, of Pink, OK, died Feb. 17, 2022, in Oklahoma City. He was born March 2, 1930, to Henry Gilbert and Edna Mae (Hayes) Huff, Sr., in Paoli, OK. Chip was raised in Pink, OK. At the age of 18 he joined the U.S. Army and proudly served his country.

Norris Franklin Kirby

Ramona Donnell JoNorris Franklin Kirby died Feb. 14, 2022. He was born on Sept. 14, 1932, to Wesley Kirby and Ona Cavner Kirby in Mill Creek, OK. Norris enlisted in the Army at the young age of 17. He and his older brother, Bob Kirby, were in the 45th Division together.

Reva Bell Fallin

Reva Fallin, 92, died Feb. 15, 2022, in Shawnee, OK. She was born to Tabatha (Blossie) and William Childers, Oct. 13, 1929, west of Shawnee in the Pleasant Hill community that was later included in the Bethel Acres formation. A funeral service will be held Feb.

Frank W. Campbell, Jr.

Frank William Campbell, Jr, 64, of Macomb, OK, died Feb. 18, 2022. Frank was born to Rosemary Guffey-Campbell and Frank William Campbell, Sr., on Oct. 20, 1957. Frank’s funeral service was held Feb. 22, 2022, at New Life Church, 1231 E. 10th in Shawnee.

Rosie Mae Brightwell

Rosie Mae Brightwell, 92, of Shawnee, OK, died Feb. 16, 2022, in McLoud. She was born Dec. 11, 1929, to William Henry and Mattie Lee (Pierce) Lairson in Macomb, OK. Rosie was raised in the Shawnee/Tecumseh area and was a 1947 graduate of Tecumseh High School.

Martha Ellen (Lilley) Hinkle

Dr. Robert Dale DawMartha Ellen (Lilley) Hinkle, 67, of Tecumseh, OK, died Feb. 18, 2022. Born Aug. 1, 1954 in Wichita Falls, TX, Martha was the youngest child of John Vincent Lilley and Nancy Melba (Clark) Lilley. She grew up on the family farm in Burkburnett, TX.

Ramona Donnell Jones

Ramona Donnell Jones, 86, resident of Meeker, OK, died Feb. 12, 2022. Donnell was born on Feb. 26, 1935, in Chandler, OK to her parents, Wetzel Milton Hurst and Ramona Vivian Hurst. A funeral ceremony for Donnell was held Feb. 18, 2022, at the First Christian Church in Chandler.

Beverly Sue (Disel) Cox

Beverly Sue (Disel) Cox died Feb. 12, 2022. Beverly was born to Dorothy Ramona (Landers) Disel and Vernon Everett Disel on Nov. 5, 1939, in Seminole County, OK. She was a gifted and loyal employee of Girls Town, later named COJAC. Beverly married Clarence Cox, Jr. on Oct. 4, 1957, in Wewoka, OK.

Karen Ann Binder

Karen Ann Binder (61) of Macomb died Feb. 6, 2022, at the OU Medical Center. Funeral services were at the Tecumseh City Hall with interment following at the Prarie View Cemetery in Macomb. Directed by McMahans Funeral Home of Noble.
