Savages Open Season On The Road With 48-0 Win

The Tecumseh Savage gridiron squad opened the season on the road and brought back an overwhelming win. The Savages traveled to Douglass High School in OKC to face Classen SAS and the start was fast and furious and never slowed down.Savage Head Coach Ty Bullock was happy to say the least.

Tecumseh Lady Savages Bounce Back With Two Big Wins

After a loss Monday at North Rock Creek (see last week’s Countywide), the Lady Savages bounced back with two wins with a combined 21-1 score, both on the road.Tecumseh went to Cushing on Tuesday and cleaned up with a 12-1 win over the Lady Tigers.
Shawnee junior Zyron Campbell deflects a McLoud defender for a first down and 20, but a call of holding made the Wolves lose yardage during the scrimmage at McLoud on Aug. 29. They played half a game, and the Redskins beat the Wolves, 19-14. Shawnee will play their first home game on Sept. 13 at 7 pm against Ardmore, and McLoud’s first home game will be Friday (Sept. 6) at 7 pm versus Harrah. Countywide & Sun/Natasha Dunagan
