The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office is getting new computers, docking stations, and printers, and they will receive GPS tracking systems to install in the vehicles.
Lt. Jared Strand said the GPS systems would alert the supervisors when the vehicles hit 80 mph, 85 mph, and 90 mph.

South Central Industries provided its clients and other individuals with special needs in the Shawnee community the chance to put on their dancing shoes and enjoy a Night to Dream prom on Friday.
This prom event was 6-9 p.m. on February 11th at Faithco Church Shawnee on HWY 177.

Emergency Warming Shelters Manned By Many Volunteers

The emergency shelter was housed in the gym of the C3 Cross Connection Church, located at 329 N Pesotum Avenue.
