Sharon Ann Head was born Jan. 26, 1943, and after a fight with dementia she passed away on July 18, 2024.She was born to James E. Head and Iva R. Head in Bethel, OK. At the ripe ole age of 21 Sharon married Teddie Merle Souders of Shawnee, OK. She and Merle celebrated 60 years of marriage in 2024.

Beverly Suzanne Essary passed away July 18, 2024. Beverly was born to Clark and Pearl Ketling November 18, 1937, in Beaumont, CA. After graduating from high school, she married James D. Essary, Sr., in Indio, CA.

Jackie Junior Boatman

Jackie Junior Boatman passed away July 14, 2024.Jackie was born Feb. 26, 1938 in Wewoka, OK to Zeke and Vita (Hughes) Boatman. He attended Wewoka schools and married Joyce Lynn Oliver on May 16, 1960 in Seminole, OK. Jackie worked as a butcher for many years when he was younger.

Vickie Orth passed away on July 11, 2024. Vickie Dianne (Taylor) Edie Orth was born in Oakland, IA, on the 13th of April 1941 in her great-grandmother’s home. She was the first child of Charles and Jeanne Edie. She graduated from Liberal, Kansas, in 1958.

Samuel Paul Richards was born in Shawnee, OK, on December 26, 1945. He was called to his heavenly home on July 9, 2024. Paul was the youngest child of Gordon and Sylvia (Hanson) Richards. He married Kim Ly Molling on June 16, 1984. They recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.

Jayne H. Pope passed away on July 10, 2024. She was born February 13, 1936, in Hartsville, TN, to George and Bertha (Gammon) Hughes. Jayne married Charlie R. Pope Sr. on March 11, 1961, in Ozark, AL. She attended OBU in 1981 and worked as a dietician at Sunset Nursing Home for 30 years.

Louis John Teboe

Louis John Teboe passed away on July 10, 2024. He was born on May 14, 1963, in Claremore, OK. On June 30, 1990, he married Julia Yahola, and together, they had four children.Louis dedicated a significant part of his life to serving as a transit driver for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
