Dale graduate receives Outstanding Senior

On Oct. 27, Poppy Robinson of Dale took top honors at the Pottawatomie County 4-H Awards Banquet. She received the Outstanding Senior and Hall of Fame Award, and her picture will hang at the Pottawatomie County Courthouse for a year.

Pott. County 4-H Welcomes New Educator

The Pottawatomie County 4-H welcomed a new 4-H Educator this month.Kortni Perkins is a 2018 McLoud High School graduate who enjoyed showing Boer goats in 4-H Club as a teenager. Perkins said she still raises Boer goats.“My main area of interest in 4-H was showing goats,” said Perkins in an email.

Bethel FFA Designated National 3-Star Chapter

Bethel FFA has achieved a new level of excellence. They have been a 3-Star State Chapter for the past six years. But now, they have been designated as a 3-Star National Chapter.According to the National FFA website, www.ffa.
