Tecumseh’s Mingle On Main Draws A Big Crowd

The Third Annual Mingle on Main Street Block Party brought a crowd to downtown Tecumseh on the evening of June 8. There was live music from two bands: House Special and the Stars Band, a free petting zoo and inflatables, more than 100 vendor booths, food trucks and a dunk tank.

Livestrong Program Graduates Form Strong Bonds

The six women honored at First United Bank’s Harrison branch in Shawnee on June 8 were already strong. They had all survived breast cancer, and one is still fighting. But together, they have formed bonds of friendship no one can break, making them stronger.

Summer Reading Program Kicks Off At The Park

Tecumseh Public Library has officially started its Summer Reading Challenge. The kick-off was held at Slick Humphrey Park on Thursday, June 1. Tinker Federal Credit Union sponsored free snow cones to those who signed up for the reading challenge.

County Offices Submit Annual Budget Requests
